CGC was part of my severance package so I decided to give them a try. After reaching out to them, there message was to sign up for LinkedIn and connect and network with people for potential jobs. After questioning their method of madness of networking with random strangers that's suppose to somehow help me get a potential job their communication abruptly stopped on there end. After being told we are going to help you and we are going to make this right for you, well I suppose we have two different versions of how to help people. After being ignored by CGC I got ahold of my former company and gave them my feedback of save yourselves the big money that you pay CGC and use the resources elsewhere to help former employees.

My former employer paid for this company to help me after they laid me off and they have done nothing. All they do is look over small things and tell you what could be better. They took my resume and sent me one almost the same format and wording and even asked me to add more wording to it. That's not what I call \Professional Resume Writing\. If you company wants to pay these people to do nothing great but do not recommend anyone to pay this on their own as they do nothing to really help. Then Pam Taylor the sales rep that sold the service to my former employer sent my email of me saying that they are not representing me correctly or helping by stealing my format and using it to my former employer and then I was threatened by my former employer of a law suit for no reason. This company does not represent you as the employee they are there to make you feel like they do but they represent the employer and are used as a negotiating chip and nothing else. Pam Taylor broke many confidentiality agreements and the company did nothing about it. STAY AWAY from this company at all cost!!!
