I've used this place for years and have never had a bad experience. Never. Don't know why people post such bad reviews. The manager has actually gone out of her way for me more than once to make sure my payments were correctly made. They have a Crazy 1 Eyed guy sweeping out the store while u are in there if u say anything to him he goes off, clearly a case of paranoid schizophrenia, there is no tellin what this man is capable of doin 2 customers!!!!

The worst service ever! Staff is uneducated, rude and has no idea what they are doing there! Dont go, unless you want to waste your time as they wont help you get your stuff done! They should train their staff better, teach them more about the services they provide or hire new more educated and professional people...

Extremely Bad Customer Service! Paid my ComEd bills but it didn’t go through. The Mexican lady said oops I punch the wrong number. Causing us so much inconvenience!
