Very poor service. This public transportation that is under federal law directed to help people with different special needs do not take in consideration user's health leaving them stranded, waiting to be transported at their own risk. The complaint office staff tells me they cannot guarantee the service. 2/3 times they fail in providing adequate service.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Very rude dispatchers.

Had a 10 pick up my destination 15 min away but they had call offs so we didn’t get till our destination until almost 11 sum giving drivers wrong information but now we have less time to what we needed to do cause pick up is at 12. Sad.

My mom was approved for this service. But it hasn't helped us one bit!! It's extremely frustrating that because we live in a certain suburb they DO NOT service!!! My mother is wheelchair bound and they want you to go to transfer points in order to get to your destination. That is too much travelling with someone in a wheelchair. Plus you have to actually get to the transfer point. When they came and got us for the assessment they knew the suburb that we lived in. They should've informed us at that moment that they didn't service the area. We wouldn't have wasted our time or theirs. I'm just trying to get my mom to doctors visits, therapy, etc. Really shouldn't be this complicated! Just need to be picked up and dropped off and not be charged an arm and a leg!! If I could give no stars I would.

Abandoned my disabled sister in law at a convenience store in the middle of the night. I hope she sues them.

This service is horrible....some drivers are ok, but for the most part they are rude with bad attitudes. I had to pay late fees several times for my niece who has autism....because they were 2hrs. late picking her up from her park district program. One driver had the nerves to leave her there because he claims he couldn't find a park, sorry to say, but these are some lazy people (not all) but most...especially the black ones.

They had no record of me ordering a ride twice and one of those times they had to come and get me and I was riding the bus for a hour for a ride that should of taken 20 mins

I hate this service. It always is late. Horrible customer service. Horrible driving. Why should I have to be on the bus more than 30 minutes? According to them they say it’s a shared service. It does not accommodate people with anxiety. They twist my words around too. 5 minutes late is not late? Lol whatever pace. They never solved my complaints. Good luck trying to stay in business because everyone hates them. Don’t use this service!!!
