They are so detailed, meticulous and professional with everything they do, and it is the only place I’ll go for any sentimental gifts. They provide such a diverse array of options and their customer service is top of the line. You can really tell they care about their customers. I needed an award to be engraved for a retiring superior at work and they put together such a beautiful gift that brought people to tears. I also needed to frame a sentimental gift for my mom, to ask her to walk me down the aisle on my wedding day and they put it together so beautifully! I needed a monogram engraved on a metal box as a present and after searching and calling several shops, Chicago Awards Source was quick to respond and willing to provide excellent service.
