I had to give at least 1 star for this review otherwise they would have received negative stars from me. I have bought over 40 new and used cars from various dealerships. This is by far, the worst dealership experience of my life. The vehicle I purchased had water leaking in the interior (for years probably) amongst a plethora of other problems. On my way home I found the carpet was soaked and ultimately everything under it was rusted and corroded. This dealership knew about it all and sold the car just like that anyway. When I called to let them know the issues, they told me they would do nothing about it because the engine and transmission were working. Unfortunately (for me), I didn't buy and engine and transmission... I bought a car. They didn't see it that way and was told that it was my problem. The water in the vehicle was caused by all the factory roof lights leaking. I had to pay thousands of dollars to have the leaks fixed, mold and mildew ridden carpets removed/replaced, rust removed/repaired, replace rusted/corroded parts, etc...Some of the parts I can't even get because they are no longer being made. In the end, I bought a health/safety risk (that they were most certainly aware of) and now the vehicle has electrical issues. This was a 20K vehicle and they could care less!!!! Their business practices are borderline nefarious and their customer service is deplorable. Stay away...what seemed like a good deal turned out to be the worst one.

Bought a 2015 Honda Accord Touring V6, it was a love hate relationship with the car at first because the transmission felt funny, but now everything has smoothened out and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

They helped me get a car but when I got home I found out the car is over heating, I was locked outside my car because no one told me that the car doesn’t have a key hole so the doors can’t be locked. The car is a 2003 Impala. The car will be going back Monday morning. I’m not about to pay a note for a dangerous car that’s over heating, can’t get in and out the car, and can’t lock and unlock my doors. The car was purchased 2/22/2020
