Their employee, Fabian, is literally a computer God. He replaced every part in my laptop in record time. What a great guy. I am so glad Chicago has fine men like him working at their establishments. He is the best looking and hardest-working employee at Computerland. Love that guy.

I was very upset and on edge this morning as my BRAND NEW google pixel laptop wasn't working along well with me. I did a random google search, found an IT tech professional close to the neighborhood. This employee was certainly professional, fast & proved to provide a solution to my google pixel book. I'll leave it as a Strange Miracle, I am SO glad its over. I would highly recommend this computer company to everyone else. Thank- you very much.
They took care of me, my Son dropped my laptop on the floor!! HTP Services wanted to much money and you had to wait for packaging to send it to them and receive it back. This Company delivered he ordered the new screen and by Monday after bringing it to them, I believe, that Wednesday I had my property back for 180labor and it WORKS, they are a HTP and several other manufacturing companies certified repair experts. Try them you will not be disappointed.
Fast, responsive, super reasonable prices. I spilled a drink on my computer and it wouldn't even power on. I took it to MicroCenter and they sat on it for a month and didn't even look at it. Took it to Chicago ComputerLand and they had it fixed up and ready to go in just a few days for under 200. Couldn't ask for much more!
I worked with Sorin. Really good folks. My ThinkPad was heating up a little and they cleaned it and put thermal paste. Works cooler now. The service charge was 120 but I'm confident that I can rely on these guys if things go wrong.
