I originally went to get a full set of volume lashes I wasn’t told much information when I made my appointment. I got to my appointment on time and got took care of by Rachel. Rachel did not clean my lashes before starting my extensions. Rachel also did not do volume lashes on me she did the classic set lashes and I was charged 200 dollars. The day after 4 lashes have fell already I followed all the steps to not have premature lash fall out and they’re still falling. I do give props to the manager Shirley for refunding me most of my money.

Originally I wanted to get lash extensions, but I decided that I would get a lash lift instead because I wasn't sure how I was going to keep up with them as a college student. Abby suggested over the phone to go with a lash lift instead because it is very low maintenance, actually no maintenance at all is required. Also, it is very affordable considering I would come in every two months to get them lifted again. I dislike my natural long straight lashes because when I curl them they always end up back down at the end of the day. The lash lift is absolutely my new favorite thing for my lashes because it gives me that natural curly lift that lasts for over a month and makes mascara application so much easier! I would recommend this Salon for your eyelash extension and eyelash enhancement needs! The staff was so welcoming and I felt very comfortable with my technician, Yosi. Prices are great and their work is absolutely stunning.
I've always had trouble finding \the right\ salon but I think that search has came to an end, thanks to VIVIAN from Atelier. She has great customer service & gave me exactly what I asked for. I will most definitely be coming back. Highly recommend her!!
I’m in love with the eyelash extensions I got from Chicago Lashes. Brooke was my stylist and she did an amazing job. She asked in detail exactly the type of eyelashes that I wanted and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!
I’ve been coming here for nearly 5 years. Raquel is my go to girl. She kills it every time! The staff are friendly as well. Great lash spot.
