Great place when you need legal help that won't break the bank. Ina Winston and her team are great!

The receptionist (Linda) sounded very upset over the phone. Did not want to look up any available appointment until I gave her all my info. (I don’t know if it’s company policy but that does not make sense). After I gave her all my info she said there was an appointment the same day. I’ll definitely report this “business” to the BBB. 1914 S. Ashland is a house NOT a BUSINESS location!

People are rating according to the receptionist. Well, this issue should definitely be brought up to the attorneys however, you should not base your view of how hard these lawyers work. They are awesome at what they do and they get the job done and quickly. They take high priority in every case abd guide you every step of the way. My process was quick, although not simple, and even though i was very confused, they helped me patiently. I suggest you give them a try once you get past the receptionist. And yes, before setting up any appointment, you need to provide your info. They font want to waste their time. They rather spend their time helping people who actually need help.
