I do not advise this dentistry. I found five starts review and that’s why I went to this place. It’s located in the downtown what gave me kinda confidence to go there. I wouldn’t give them even one start but I couldn’t choose zero. No complaints to the other stuff except the Dr. Jessica. Started to do 3 crowns from October month , now it is end of January and I still don’t feel comfortable with them. It’s still a little painful when I drink something. I’m not talking about cold drinks. No. Normal room temperature. Every time I went there The doctor didn’t work very gentle , when drilling my tooth she pressed really hard on my lips I had to tell her to stop. They left a temporary crown mix/powder on my side teeth which weren’t cleaned even when I asked politely. Went there so many times because so much discomfort and pain/sensitivity. I was supposed to get the crowns in 2 weeks. When she installed the crown I felt pain and went there again. One time she took measurements and told me crowns will be ready in 2 weeks again, but in approximately 1.5 week they called me and asked to come over again to take measurements. That was a surprise for me, I thought this time she’ll do properly but no. Have they lost it?! Idk She gave me a 20 Starbucks gift card as an excuse. All the time I had to go there I was loosing money. Because I couldn’t do my job. Right now I feel sensibility on my teeth when I drink any kind of drinks warm or room temperature. Don’t waste your money and time here! I will go to different doctor. Think 10 times very good before choosing this dentistry.

I have loved Chicago Loop Dentistry ever since I moved to the city a few years ago. The entire team is incredibly knowledgeable and professional while at the same time welcoming and friendly. I just went for a cleaning and their process to deal with cleanliness as it relates to Covid was incredible! I felt comfortable the entire time. Would absolutely recommend Chicago Loop Dentistry to anyone!
This is the best dentist office in the city. When you walk in you immediately see that the staff are all so welcoming, amazing and very organized. All of the equipment is perfectly covered, clean and safe. The extra precautions this office goes too to keep everything clean and protected makes me feel very safe during these scary times. Dr. Mehta is amazing and the best dentist I have ever had. She listens to exactly what my concerns and visions are for my teeth, while also giving her expert opinion. She is meticulous when working on your mouth and is just a great all around dentist. All of the services I have received have been fantastic; including regular cleanings, gum care and permanent crown replacement. I 100% recommend coming here!
Jessica and team helped me through the initial anxiety and it was pain free the entire way. Cannot recommend them enough!
I have always loved my experience at Chicago Loop Dentistry. It’s rare that I go into a doctor or dentist and feel as welcomed as I do here! The team is incredibly friendly and professional - not to mention good at what they do (I’m never uncomfortable and always feel informed). To add, their protocols and cleanliness during COVID-19 made me feel extremely safe. It’s clear they go above and beyond not only to make sure patients and staff feel safe but are safe. Very happy with our experience here over the past three years!!
