I rented some tables and chairs for my daughter's birthday. Pricing was good, they even had the option to deliver for a small fee, which was extremely helpful. They were on time and friendly and worked around my schedule for pick-up. I would definitely recommend using them as I will be using them again in the future. Ulysse was great to work with and he were able to accommodate my needs on short notice! Great business!
I rented a tent and patio heater for St. Paddy’s Day and it couldn’t have been a bigger success. Everybody loved it! It turned out to be one the of the best parties I’ve ever hosted because of it. The rental pricing is reasonable and the customer service was fantastic. Ulises took down my order, helped answer all my questions, and also helped set up the tent and heater. He’s personable and defines service with a smile. I highly recommend Chicago Party Express!
The night of delivery, I was told the tent I requested would not work, given that I had about 30 guests coming the following day, Ulisses told me not to worry, they would find a way to make it work. He came the next day (Thanksgiving Day) and made it work. In addition to the tent we rented tables, chairs and heaters. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would use them again.
Fast, friendly, and cost-effective! Rented some tables and chairs for a friendsgiving party last week; easy to coordinate with and very accommodating for delivery/pickup. Will use them again next year!
