Everything from scheduling to dealing with the technicians was a pleasant experience. We hadn't opened one of our sliding glass doors in over 6 months - and now it works great!

Our patio door was hard to move and has been drafty in the past, so we had to repair it. The customer service provided by these guys was excellent. It took a few weeks to get our part, but that wasn't a big deal, I'm happy it was done right
