If it were possible to give 0 stars, that’s what this rating would be. I can’t even rate the facility or quality of the lessons because I was only able to schedule lessons. The online scheduling seemed like a convenience, but clearly it’s nothing more than a completely useless, non-functioning form on the website. It seems legitimate because you do get a return message stating your appointment has been received. However, all 4 times I used this function and asked for a return call/email to confirm details (since there is also no useful information regarding lessons on the website) no one ever bothered to contact me via phone or email. I finally decided that perhaps this was how they did business, accepting appointments with no follow up confirmation so I drove an hour to bring my son to a lesson. When we arrived, there was a woman at a desk in the law office his place is connected to, but even with snowboards boots in hand, when we tried the doors, they were both locked, she completely ignored us. I tried leaving several message, the only option since the phone number goes directly to voicemail, but no one would return my calls. THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!
