Ideally sauna should be done as a spiritual practice, if not than at least as a professional sport. For me sauna is more than sport, and Sweat lodge is the best sauna in Chicago area, it has the coldest plunge and the most balanced temperature/humidity ratio in sauna room. Mike, the manager, goes above and beyond to make it a great experience each time. We come here year round weekly since 2017.
