Alex got me on the schedule to update my systems in timely manner. Ray was excellent with the installation and showed me how to use the new system. Never expected them to come out on 4th of July... I would definitely recommend NOVA to anyone looking for a new CCTV system.

We needed to install cameras and recorder in our office and called several companies for estimates. Chicago Video Surveillance which also goes by NovaTech was the first company to come out and provide us with quote. I needed to get 3 estimates and had a hard time understanding why the other 2 security companies took more than a week to send me my estimate. We purchased 4 cameras and a DVR from Chicago Video Surveillance and had them install the system in our office in 1 day. The techs trained me on the system and cleaned up before they left. The video is clear and real time access to my office from my iPad and iPhone is very helpful. I highly recommend these guys as they were the most professional contractors we had work in our office to date.
