Entirely unwilling, or unable, to assist with an immigration issue regarding my spouse. Not even a recommendation of an attorney who might be able to assist. Very rude and condescending tone, unappreciative of the seriousness of our situation as well as our need for counsel and help.

The absolute worst. My child was assigned two GALs out of this office. They talked to my children for 20 minutes and went against everything they said. My children are in a horrible situation and no one will help. Then they lied and pretended they couldnt reach me. Im calling and calling and no one will answer. Absolutely horrible.

A Godsend for my family. Lisa Murphy was wonderful. Patient and kind. Great legal services.

My father passed away in July. I came to cvls in early September to seek probate help. They said it would take 6-12 weeks for them just to decide if they would help me, which I thought was wayyyyy too long. Now, I have since found a lawyer who worked with me and my situation and I have completed my task in October and it only took him 3 weeks. Guess what?!?!?! I finally got a letter in the mail from cvls and they will not help me or should I say take my case. So why the hell did it take 6 months when you told me it would be 2-3 months and what made you come to this decision. Clearly I needed help, so what are your qualifications? My father passed, I had no money, I did NOT know what I was doing, had no clue about this probate process and to finally get a letter 6 MONTHS LATER?!?! Unacceptable! Thank God for the probate lawyer who worked with me, helped me AND educated me. If anyone reading this review would like help in the probate process look up Mario A Reed tell him I sent you!
