During the visit the industry certified technician went through all of the details about sanding process of old, vintage floors and even helped me pick the color for the floor, highlighting the positives and negatives of the different stain and finish choices. Our vintage floors turned out really nice revealing hidden beauty after many years of neglect. A few damaged board repairs blended really nicely. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Attention to detail, professional knowledge and genuine interest in customer satisfaction make this business stand out from the rest.

Very thankful for masterfully restoring our dull, worn wood floors. No other flooring company wanted to deal with our hardwood floors as they were treated with wax before. Fortunately, through our neighbors we found Chicagoland Flooring Craftsmen. Using old school techniques they revived our floors to uniform, low sheen glory within a few days.
We hired Chicagoland Flooring to remove and replace our original, old hardwood that was unfortunatelly squeaking and breaking too much. Very professional from the beginning, recommended by NWFA, providing honest assessment. They were the only ones that brought up deficiency of the sub floor and educated us about need to upgrade it to current standards. Yes, extra expense but told upfront, explained and really needed. Site crew did amazing job, making sure that we were satisfied with their installation and later refinishing work. Clean, efficient, on time. They tested and measured our place, floors, sub floor with their electronic tools, like in special lab, to acclimate wood. We learned from them about National Wood Flooring Association that issues Installation Guidelines, how important the rules are to avoid having problems. It felt good to see professional installers that followed their own explanations, using modern tools to give us new awesome floors.
We liked both their customer service and workmen who did the job. They put down new floors in our main rooms. I chose them because of the reliability and quality. We're very pleased with their work and results.
Wonderful experience with Chicagoland Flooring . They were professional and prompt. We were out of town and a little bit nervous but everything went smoothly. Our hardwood floors look great again. A little bit of dust created but actually less than we expected.
