Got them installed at Reggies on the beach end of last summer. Pretty disappointed with the responsiveness to say the least. Don't expect the shutters to work properly for very long, and don't expect them to get serviced timely when they do inevitably stop working. Darryl please call us for gods sake
I have been with Security Rolling Shutters, Inc. on 1350 E 75th St, Chicago, IL 60619 for 18 years and they have been accommodating and consistent whenever I had a problem. I always received a call back immediately. In addition, the turn time was always in a week or immediately. I will definitely recommend this because of their professionalism and promptness.

I have nothing kind to say about the owner of this company. I posted a bad review for owner not providing me with a refund for my deposit. Owner stated he would give me a refund just remove the negative review, and I honored his request however, it's been longer than two years still no refund. The owner start saying I need the receipt I said you have the receipt and now we are playing games. I will advise all not to order from a person that doesn't honor his own words. I will call Better Business Bureau and Attorney General today. I am asking that my money be refunded immediately. Please noted the BBB rated Security Rolling Shutters and F.
