I love that Mac properties has a maintenance system in place. It makes it so easy to put in a request and get some help with the apartment in a timely manner. Also, Stefan is great! He's the handyman for my building, and he's always so helpful and respectful of my space. Highly recommend him!
Stefan has been fulfilling our recent work orders. He's prompt, respectful and has fixed everything perfectly and quickly. The Mac team in general has also been very friendly and helpful in getting various work orders completed as soon as possible.

Stefan came to snake the bathtub and sink drains. It was extremely quick and he did a great job. He responded to the request extremely fast as well.
