This is how coach usa lets their operators drive i called into coach USA and was completely ignored. if that bus had to make an emergency stop everyone on that bus would be hurt or dead and on top of that I pulled up next to the driver pointed at my camera and his professional response was to flip me off so I pointed camera at him while he continued to do so. The move he made risked people's lives, risked my life and aside from tailgating the vehicle in front of him he cut off an 80000lb truck that takes 300ft to stop at highway speeds.

Since the new management take over Around early 2017. When I noticed Things starting to get bad. This service has been a mess. Coming from a customer who has used This service for close to 30 years. And I do not see the learning curve or this new management team getting better. What a shame for the Employees that have been there for years. Buses are late or cancelled on a regular basis Schedules changed two maybe three times Since the management change. Again with Very little notice or no notice just one day it Is different. Drivers are fine so is Eddie at Crestwood But management and customer service Needs a lot of work. Step up your game Chicago Coach USA. WOW - Reading reviews here and on Yelp. This NEW? Management is really bad. Dressing up the stations does not Cover for POOR Service.
The Ugliest service in Town. We swett like if we are in a sauna and this Chouffer don't turn on the bus even if we request in many language.
Going from Norte Dame to Exchange/transfer point Driver was visibly angry, rise and his driving showed - he is a danger to the people on the bus and the Chicagoland highways- also the busses appear to need maintenance of the driver is going to have road rage and drove it like a sports car
