To verify identity they sent me to Selfreliance Federal Credit Union 2334 W Chicago Ave. But at Credit Union I didn't get service because I'm not their client. So who is wrong? Either tell people that you need to be client of this credit union or delete them from your database and don't recommend it to visit.

Just got off the phone with a supervisor named Tammy # 2365 whom i explained my situation to. I explained to her that I was charged with this 4xs a security deposit one of which i have the money order for from my original move in date. Also have the bill statements which states not once but in 2013 also again in 2015 then 2018 and now in 2021. I was told they don't have that info and I would have to higher a lawyer and get a supina. Really didn't need to do that when i placed the order. People be cautious be aware they are STEALING RIPPING PEOPLE OFF BLIND WITH THE DEPOSITS SOME PEOPLE DON'T SAVE RECEIPTS. No wonder they have a horrible rating . i wish there was another company to switch to.
Shout out to Charlie from Comed! Our property lost power and he was so helpful getting us back up and running. Excellent customer service! Give this guy a raise and a promotion.

I just want to give a personal shout out to Enrique from ComEd for coming in the evening to restore our power after being completely without electricity for four (4) days!!!! I truly appreciate all the work you did to restore our power & for coming literally right before dark!! On another note: ComEd, do better.
