He knows everything about computers, web sites, restoring computers after virus damage, you name it. I like to keep him on a retainer - I pay in advance for his services - because I think he is so important to my business.

Very courteous, professional and empathetic business owner. Dragos not only turned around my computer in very little time, but has also been very responsive to inquiries along the way! Additionally, I concur with the others with respect to being an effective teacher and explaining things in a clear and calm manner. I definitely give Computer One Chicago 5 stars, and wouldn't ever bother going anywhere else for my computer needs.
