We came there so early to register for a wheel tax sticker...employees are so approachable and nice ...greeting ‘GOOD MORNING’ with sweet smile..one of the employees who just came before clocking in and even not yet start working approached us and asked how can she helped...it was just before 8am when she took our documents and did the paperworks to be ready before the cashier window is open..transaction was made so easy and just a couple minutes already done..GREAT SERVICE!!!!KEEP IT UP!!!Thank you

Good lord Cook County, hire some people. I was on hold for 48 minutes before finally having the 2 minute conversation that I needed to have.

I just got off the phone with someone from CC Revenue Dept. This experience shows me why people are fleeing Cook County. Her name was Brandi and she could not have been more unhelpful and rude. I was trying to understand why I am being charged a tax on a used vehicle purchased downstate and basically this person said she cannot help me and that I have to pay and then....hung up on me. Cook County will lose yet another resident. Between paying ridiculous property taxes and then dealing with rude clerks....we will be moving at the earliest ability. The negative press Cook County continues to cast a dark shadow on Cook County and they wonder why residents are leaving. Sad...very sad.

Bunch of crooks with attitudes. No wonder people are running as fast as they can out of crook county. I know I did (yet I’m somehow being taxed for not having a sticker when I haven’t lived in cook county for almost a year). Awful.
