The place is the WORSE!!! I have been without a refrigerator for over 3 weeks. I lost money because all of my food spoiled. I’ve talked to someone every day and they lied and said they were coming. Also, two men hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. This is why their other business (Globe Appliances) closed down. I hope this business gets shut down as well. Scammers. Frauds. They need to be out of business ASAP. Will report them to the BBB. They also own Appliance Liquidation.

I’m glad I’ve called before going to the store. Extremely rude person over the phone. Very poor customer service. I tried to get estimate on delivery cost and gave him the zip code. He said he does not know where Prospect Heights is and hang up. Not a good start to do business. Stay away if you can. There are some better places with appliances for sale.

So dispite the reviews I went to check it out... BIG MISTAKE.... If I could give 0 stars I would. The place is dirty, they don't even have what the advertise, rude and obtuse. I see this all over middle easterners come into black community to profit from it, but have no respect for community in which it serves. Glad I made no purchase.
