I am a regular here. My girlfriend and I love this place. It is in a great location. I love eating food from different cultures. The menu never disappointed me. Also, the staff is very kind and attentive. Of course, I will come back. I've eaten here over 5 times already.

Tasty delicious food! Great service and atmosphere
Highly recommended. Among the best experiences in restaurants I've had in Chicago. One of my party was allergic to pepper. Chef Jesus personally met us and made from scratch four dishes we shared, completely without any pepper family spices. Food is so delicious. Also, so fresh and healthy. Tons of vegetarian options too. The traditional bread is gluten free (I get cramps from gluten, no problems here). Friendly staff. There is one alcoholic Ethiopian drink well worth trying. Very friendly staff. All in all, a highly enjoyable experience!!
I found a piece of broken glass in my food. I emailed the restaurant and have yet to hear a response. I wouldn’t eat there, if their food handling practices allow this to happen I can’t imagine the sanitation is up to par.
Had lunch at this awesome place. The food is amazing, cooked perfectly with nothing amiss. Lots of vegetarian options as well as meet options. The staff was great, friendly and gave good introductions to the food on the menu. Will definitely be going to Demera again!
