When I arrived at the facility I was greeted by Chelsea who was very friendly and professional. She took me a tour of the facility and assisted me choosing a unit that just fit all my stuff in. I would recommend this facility to others, who is looking for a great deal and professionalism.
I’ve been renting from this location for several years. I am overall very happy with the facility, and the customer service has been excellent. The on-site manager, Anthony is awesome. He is super friendly, very knowledgeable and really works hard for each client. I had a relatively small issue that was a big problem for me and he set things right and I’m very grateful to him for his customer care. He made me whole again.
