I do not think we could have had a better ring shopping experience. Oscar and his team were professional, knowledgeable, patience and thoughtful—they wanted us to get exactly what we wanted, the problem was I was not sure exactly what I wanted! Jeannette took the time to understand what my husband and I were looking for, asked all the right questions and together we found the perfect engagement ring as well as his and her wedding bands. All the rings turned out even better than the samples in the store and we could not be more pleased. If you are looking for a jeweler that cares about his customers, do not go anywhere else. I came to Diamonds Inc after finding the perfect Antique ring setting. They were SO helpful in giving me knowledgeable insight on the condition of my ring and where to go from there. I had my center stone replaced with a round diamond and the ring was resized. The turn around is amazingly quick. Whether you are taken care of by Jeanette or Oscar, they are very professional and kind. Thank you Diamonds Inc!
We cannot be happier with the ring we custom made with the help of Jeannette. She was fantastic, truly treated us like family, and actually cared about what we actually wanted. We had to make numerous changes to the design and Jeannette was always smiling, often times providing even better suggestions for us. Overall, we cannot be more blessed with the ring and the experience from Diamonds Inc., specifically with Jeannette!
