Our not for profit found working with this company very difficult to work with regarding a newly purchased product. The machine has constantly malfunctioned and the solution applied by the company is to sign up for a service agreement. We found working with the owner problematic. The copier is basically a lemon. We paid 2,200.00 for this copier only to find our copiers retail at 300.00 are working better. Please review your agreements carefully...

Be very careful to get clear language in your contract. I agree with the other review that the owner is difficult and doesn't treat customers well. Owner is refusing to honor his service agreement. Also the copier is poor quality. You have to call them if you run out of supplies, then wait for service - they don't monitor anything to make sure you don't run out. If you're looking for a managed copier/printer, then look somewhere else. If you genuinely don't care about quality then you'll see eye to eye with the owner.

I got my copier several weeks ago and haven't had an issues. I got a Canon printer which has worked very well. I was shopping around and decided on Digital Copier, couldn't be happier with my decision!
