We had a Control4 home automation system installed back in 2013 and have had some difficulty with our previous service provider so I called to see if Digital Systems & Integration would support existing systems. They were very interested in helping and after hearing our concerns we made an appointment to fix some of our most critical issues. The tech who came on-site was extremely professional and knowledgable. We scheduled a second visit to upgrade our system operating system and optimize some of the settings and custom controls. In the end we were able to accomplish all that we hoped for, and more. Our experience with the previous service provider left us thinking that we had no flexibility with the Control4 solution and basically had to deal with it out of the box. Digital helped us customize the system to fit our entertainment needs. I couldn’t be more happy. They have earned a loyal customer here!

Mike at Digital Systems & Integration rescued my smart home update. I paid another company 13k to update my home only to have the money stolen, never to hear from the company again. I was referred to Mike and Digital Systems by my alarm guy. Through trial and error, i''ve learned to always get referrals from other experts in the business. My home was a very a difficult project. I had 12 year old AV equipment run on an outdated Crestron platform. Mike and his staff immediately went to work updating my system and integrating Control4 so that everything now runs relatively seamlessly. Some of the products they recommended are light years better than what the prior company suggested. For example, the C4 door station (doorbell) looks so much more sophisticated than the Door Bird the prior company attempted to install. Works better too. We now have streaming HD to 4 TV's, home theater, excellent WiFi, whole home audio, integrated alarm, motorized shades, and a whole home smart lighting system. You can clearly see the care and pride they take in their installs. The mess of wires and electronics now looks sleek, organized and modern. See pic. We had 6 or so contractors in our home during our remodel, and I can honestly say Mike and Digital Systems was clearly one of the best and most reliable. Mike and his team are easy to contact and respond quickly to even the smallest questions that occasionally arise. My wife wanted to change a few buttons on the keypads, and they changed them out for free. Very nice. Clearly, I can't say enough good things. As we continue to go through remodeling we have had to call numerous times and someone always comes on short notice and fixes/corrects any issue (usually caused by me or the contractors!) Digital Systems & Integrations is top notch! Mike and the team are experts in the field and will go over and beyond to make you feel comfortable during the process. The team was never pushy and dedicated the time to review and walk through all possible cost options. For our project, Digital Systems & Integrations installed security cameras, entire home entertainment system (including lights), patio speakers & home theater. The Install went off without any issues and the entire process was painless. After the install, the team walk me through all system options and setups. Digital Systems & Integrations checks in from time to time to make sure all systems are working well and are very responsive to any issues.
