Zee and Direct Phone Fix is amazing. My screen was broken and I contacted a number of places including the ones on Yelp. Zee was not only the first to respond but took the time to ask me exactly what needed to be repaired. Other places gave me a quote but changed the price, Zee did not and honored it. He has a great shop with many services and it was clean and safe. He is also a nice person and service was excellent. I hope I don't break my phone again but there is no other place I would go. In fact, I will bringing a new phone line here!

I had a wonderful experience with Direct Phone Fix! My iPhone X’s screen suddenly went all black. I brought it into Direct Phone Fix, where they presented me with two new screen options. I chose the cheaper one and didn’t feel pressured at all to get the more expensive one. He fixed my phone within 15 minutes and gave me a free screen protector as well. I highly recommend this place!

Im so happy to have found this repair shop right here near me in bucktownright by the blue line westren station. These guys are so reliable and so easy to work with for any types of iphone samsung Lg repair. Their prices are good and they work fast and they have everything right in the house so you don't have to wait too long to get your device fixed. I highly recommend DPF.
