I hired DMG for a year for one of my newly acquired small properties. Getting Initially setup was smooth and I felt valued. However over time it changed as the charges was rolling in and a unit was sitting vacate. I never saw a report for prospect tenants but I would always get a report for my charges. I did sign up for the 8.5% contract, any time a tenant calls its 7, a visit to the building was minimum 90, as well as charges for the vacant unit, (which they never found a tenant). Over time this became annoyance as well as getting a return call from the higher-level people. It took for me to cancel the renewing of my contract to get that initial treatment from beginning. Pablo did offer to return all fees if I did sign a new contract but at this point, I was already over this treatment. After cancelling the contract back in October, I am now just getting the security despite for my current tenant after making over 20 calls and being told its on the way.

As out of town multifamily property owners, DMG took over our 12 unit building with 4 vacant units, a streak of bad tenant issues and in a negative income position. Within 3 months, they had turned us around and had the ship sailing in calmer waters. Their online portal for owner documents, tenant payments of rent/applications/statements is superb. In rare situations when we need to meet in person, the team is professional, prompt and well prepared when we come to town. I have found the quality of their repairs to be very consistent, with the finishing and quality in workmanship to be extremely reliable. I would look no where else for a PM firm to handle our next multifamily and appreciate their ongoing support!

I'm new to Property Management Services. I did shop around looking for a vendor to hire. After contacting a few Property Management Companies, I knew DMG Realty Group was the one. What I like about DMG, is that they have a store front for business, and it seemed like the other companies work from home. Every time I called, DMG someone always answered and is willing to assist, very professional. GREAT!!!!! The selling point in hiring DMG, when speaking to the Property Managers there (Pablo and Gabriella), they were honest, professional, and provided me with professional Property Management advise and committing to their follow-ups. Other Property Management companies seemed like \car sales reps\, they didn't listen to MY needs unlike DMG. Highly recommended.
