I chose Dynasty Innovations to do both my kitchen and master bath, and I couldn't be happier. I worked with Marcello, the first day he came to my home to measure and going over the scope of work with us. About a week later we received a well written proposal outlining the work we discussed. After we reviewed the proposal and discussed w\\it with Marcello we decided to move ahead with Marcello And Dynasty Innovations. He then set up an appointment with Dynasty Innovations in house designer Edward to help in designing our projects as well as helping with the finish material selection. They both made it such an easy experience because I have to say I have no sense of design. Their contractors were nice, polite and professionals at what they do. I am in love with my NEW kitchen and master. I know I made the right decision choosing Dynasty Innovations. They were always reachable if Marcello couldn't get back to me I would get a call back from their wonderful office staff. Marcello and his crew really take pride in what they do, to the last final detail. Overall it's been a pleasure dealing with both of them. I'm glad I finally got the courage to renovate my home.

We finished this project of my kitchen and bath remodel on our rental duplex in Lincoln Park over 6 months ago and I have been meaning to right this post. Marcello sent me a request to post a review since I can't thank Marcello and his guys from Dynasty Innovations enough for the incredibly fast and professionally done job they did for us. This was the least I could do. I was under a very tight deadline to completely remodel a 1200 sq ft unit in 8 weeks before new tenants were to move in. Of all the kitchen and bath remodel companies I called, Marcello and Dynasty Innovations responded the fastest (same day) and I really appreciated that he gave me not only a quote, but also had a layout done and emailed to me the next day he came out to the property. Was so impressed by this that I decided I didn't need to wait for any other quotes; we picked out materials the next day and demo started 2 days later. I was promised that the job would be completed in 6 weeks (I was very skeptical about this), and it was actually done almost a full week early. I cannot recommend Marcello enough; he was phenomenal. He was always available if I ever had any questions or concerns; he was more than happy to talk to my other contractors who were working on electrical and plumbing when questions arose that I had no clue about. Any time I had a question or concern, he called me in 5 minutes or less to help me out. His guys were willing to coordinate with my other guys who were working (the unit had so many people at it working on several different things at once) and they never once complained, even when the other guys kicked them out a couple times. Top notch service worth every penny we paid. Will defiantly use for all future projects at our other properties. Would highly recommend.
I'm a supremely satisfied customer. Marcello is a consummate professional with a delightful personality. Throughout my project, I could see that my trust in his services was well-placed. His clear intention was to offer advice only in my best interest; Edward the designer & the Dynasty team didn't try to \up-sell\ me on unneeded repairs and instead offered affordable but high-quality alternatives that kept the project in my budget. At all times, Dynasty's interaction was respectful and appropriate; and the finished product is beautiful. I love my home and I love what Dynasty did to improve its value: a complete renovation of the entire unit - including a kitchen and full bath; gorgeous new flooring throughout the downstairs; a new guest bath and a beautiful new tile shower in the master bath. My radar is set fairly high for companies that attempt to take advantage of my ignorance, and not once did I get a whiff of anything but a genuine interest in giving me excellent service at a fair price. I also place high value on credentials and credibility: Dynasty's long experience in construction sealed my confidence. Thanks, Dynasty for treating my home like your own.
We had the privilege of working with Marcello on two bathroom remodeling projects. In both, the bathrooms were gutted and then done from scratch. For simplicity, I'll focus the review on the master bath - a larger project. From the initial design stages, Marcello was flexible and accommodating in meeting with us at our house for evening or weekend appointments. It was great not to have to take off work to schedule these appointments within the confines of a standard 9-5 day that most businesses are open. Marcello brought samples & catalogs for us to begin the process of choosing each item; based on his experience in the industry, he was able to help guide us toward good quality, solid brands (for materials) that were still within our price range. Arnie was respectful of our budget, and we feel that we got a great value in the end for what we spent. On several occasions, Marcello met us at a showroom so that we could work together to choose items. We were not left floundering to come up with everything by ourselves. During the demolition phase, our house remained very clean. Dynastys crew took care to mask off the rest of the house. Throughout the project, we didn't have to do any cleanup ourselves (which is not something to be taken for granted, because that's not necessarily typical of all painters/contractors/handymen/etc.) Marcello was very professional, a hard worker, and responsive to email and phone calls. If we have another remodeling project in the future, we will not hesitate to contact them again.
This review is long overdue, but better late than never! I moved to the area about 1 year ago now, and purchased a house. Everything was going great until about 1 month after purchase, my husband decided to take a long shower in the upstairs master bath. That's when I noticed drips of water coming from the kitchen ceiling! It turns out that my shower had been rather poorly built, and the shower pan had started to leak. However, this is no ordinary shower, it's an enormous custom tiled walk in shower. After speaking to several contractors, I decided to go with Dynasty Innovations for the repair and remodel. I am so grateful that I did! Dynasty Innovations made what is often a nightmare scenario as easy as possible. They had all the material delivered to my house, their guys were always on time, and the shower turned out incredible! Much nicer than the original shower. I literally could not have been happier with the finished product. We will be calling them again when we are ready for our kitchen upgrade, GREAT work Dynasty Innovations!
