Can't say much since this was my first experience and a very short one too. I was looking for a screw that I went to 3 auto parts store and Home Depot for. I went inside should it to the guy and he gave it to me in a minute. Seems like they know their stuff.

I bought a door mat a few days ago. Once I unrolled it, I saw that it was a flimsy cheap mat with no grip. I went to return it only a few days later, with receipt in hand and they told me they couldn't accept the return because the \packaging\ was open. I brought the tape that was around it with half of it still on the mat and they refused to accept it. So basically, if you buy anything there that happens to be broken, if the package was opened (which is the only way you would discover it's broken), it can't be returned. I'm stuck with a cheap 25 door mat. This is why you should go to Home Depot, Lowes, etc.
