It was. Target and Jewel's Grocery Store that we shopped at. We went in to Target buying paper towels. And that was it. Then went into Jewel's searching for 1 item, but ended up buying 15 other item's that was needed. This works for us, than doing this again on a regular shopping day. Make a list bring your coupons and shop. But buy only the items on the list and stick to it. Or strays will mess up your grocery budget and the list. This is my down fall. Make a separate list of the strays and buy them next week or next month.

I've been here when I went to pet supplies plus. it looks like it's pretty straightforward. The stores are all lined up nice and neat.

Please don't give these stores your money. Came on a Friday morning (not busy AT ALL) to look at David's Bridal dresses with my maid if honor. Went to get a coffee first from Panera Bread across the street. Literally 5 minutes later, heading to Davids Bridal, they were towing my car and driving away. The shops here pay the tow company \Rendered Services\ to watch the lot all day and tow anyone who leaves the lot for ANY amount of time for any reason. Even if you are still shopping at these Elson Center stores, they will tow you. The trucks hide around the corner and someone watching the lot radios to them asap. The tow drivers get paid PER CAR they tow. You pay 220 cash to these tow people and if you want to file a complaint, you still have to pay and then send a complaint to the State of IL. If the tow company is found guilty, they have to pay a 100 fine to the city. But they still keep you 220.
