Great service! We were looking at Escape Reality for an employee retreat & couldn’t make the time for it, but we talked to a wonderful woman on the phone about it. I think her name begins with an R!! She was fantastic. She took the time to talk to me about the plethora of rooms, she explained the levels of difficulty & what would work best for our group, & she really enthused our team with her energy about the space. I absolutely loved working with her for that short time & wished we would’ve booked it just because of the awesome service we received. Thanks again, R !!

Review Update Initially our experience was less than satisfactory. After communicating with the owners at escape reality. We plan to give it another try. The owners were personable and took our concerns seriously. I will update review on our next escape!
I set up a team building\\ holiday event for my coworkers. Romesha the GM, was amazing and extremely accommodating. We were pressed for time so she sent us paperwork to fill out prior to arrival so we could start right away. She allowed us to change rooms at the last minute. The adventure was fun and I felt it was. Just the right amount of difficulty. Every one was engaged and enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend!

Did the "Down the Rabbit Hole" room for my birthday, which was really difficult but a lot of fun nonetheless! The staff were really nice and did a great job of hyping up the rooms. They also do a percentage donation for each group that goes there which is really awesome! Will definitely be going back.
Super friendly staff that get you psyched for the experience and in the mood for the puzzle. Loved the themed rooms and interesting challenges. Only critique is they told us to be gentle with the room/props, but you do have to push a little hard to unlock one puzzle, and we didn't discover until a staff member came in to show us. I guess a previous group actually destroyed the room so they've told consequent guests to be gentle. Still, fun puzzle! Make sure you play with people who are open to hearing your ideas and explaining out loud their thinking process for solving puzzles (you know, to make it a GROUP effort) or you'll have a bad time.
Escape Reality is a great time. We had a corporate team outing for work, and this was a great way to have fun with some coworkers. The technology in the rooms and around the front to display scores is very cool. Definitely check this out if you are looking to do an Escape Room type outing in Chicago.
I loved the game, we did Despair. For not having ever played this kind of games I think it was hard, but doable. Having many friends with you helps a lot, so try to bring as many people as possible with you. The staff were great, you can tell they love the escape room games themselves. I recommend this place if you like to play games with your friends where you have to think hard. Lots of fun.
