Firstly the customer service I received on the phone while first setting up an appointment to have a service technician come out to my place and set up the proper port was great. Blake was very helpful, courteous, and answered every question I had with enthusiasm. The overall experience was a pleasure. Second, the onsite technician that came to set up the correct ethernet port, Hector, was very respectable of our space. He wore shoe sleeves to prevent dirtying up the floors and a mask due to the current pandemic. Hector was very friendly and made great conversation including tips on maintaining great networks speeds. Overall I appreciate the difference in customer service compared to larger providers at a fraction of the cost. As of right now you really can't beat it.

Everywhere Wireless has been great to work with. We have had a smooth transition for our entire community. Their response time for customer service connection challenges is typically within the hour you request with fast follow up. I am very pleased with the packages offered and speed of connectivity. We are pleased to have this option available in our community.
Largely Bush is a great technician/diagnostician. Came in took care of the problem quickly and then helped with my wireless router setup. Very pleasant and helpful.

Overall I am pleased with Everywhere Wireless. I recently was having issues with my home service and the technical support staff is patient and dedicated to fixing the problem. Eventually they had to send a technician to my home and I was thoroughly impressed with Hector’s ability to rapidly diagnose and repair an issue with the wiring. He’s an all star. I must deduct one star for a very disturbing interaction with a rude individual working for the answering service. This person should not be in the customer service industry but fortunately the other aspects of the company make up for her bad attitude.
