Great new place to practice and play on simulators indoors. Really advanced technology to analyze your swing too!

Best golf sim product in town! Perfect for fine tuning your game in between rounds! Staff here are extremely attentive and are great!

Any pictures I would post of this place wouldn't do it justice compared to the ones already posted by the establishment, but, suffice it to say it was sorta... ok. The aesthetics of this place are ON TIME and it definitely gives off a great vibe for someone like me who considers golf to be an otherwise boring sport lol. The customer service was spectacular. My man and I were here for a bday party, and the staff handled everything very professionally even with regards to covid guidelines since the start of the reservation process. TONS of space, lots of places for non-players to lounge and enjoy themselves. They have entire sets of clubs, gloves, balls, everything available for rent or if you're a local you can even store your clubs in the back for easy access if you're a regular. The menu is restaurant quality, but with it comes restaurant prices. Food and drinks don't start until 10, but they have a full bar. This also means that if you have a booking time before 10am, you will be required to play **while wearing a mask** per covid restrictions, even if you are much more than 6ft apart from anyone else in the building. We didn't know that. That was annoying. As for the tech, it was ok. No different than the cheaper Sims in the burbs, and they don't maintain their "greens", so there are significant divots from previous players making the surface very uneven. Also, some of my man's best looking chips and drives weren't even registered by the Sim so it messed with his score. I'm not sure if those issues are isolated to the particular bay we were put in, but it's worth noting. Those are the only reasons why this place loses a star, but worth it if you're in the city and looking for a place to play indoors.

These simulators are the best I have ever played on. Unfortunately, due to COVID there is no food or drink available but it is great that I have an activity to do during the pandemic and cold months. I've purchased Gift Cards for many of my friends who golf and live in the city.

The hidden gem of our weekend trip to Chicago was definitely 5 iron golf. Walked by in the 102 heat index temps and thought if anything we’d get a drink and sit in some air conditioning. Michael and his staff welcomed us with nothing but amazing customer service. The drinks were a strong pour, they setup and showed us how to use the simulators, and if something went wrong they were there to fix it. Their merchandise is awesome quality and I think I found my new favorite golf glove. Also, the clubs are INCREDIBLE for a simulation bar. I was hitting all 2020 clubs while virtually playing Pebble Beach with my girl. Also, their fitting bay for if you want to purchase clubs is a thing of beauty that any golf fan would drool over. Chicago being my family’s home hardly surprises me anymore, but I gotta admit I was floored by how awesome this place is. 5 Iron will be on our list of things to do each and every trip back!

This place is hard to leave! So much fun even if you’ve never golfed. Great atmosphere & super friendly staff. You can play any course and swing as if you were on a real course. We even just sat at the bar for the end of the football game Thursday and was great hanging talking to staff (while occasionally making bets on the putting green). Thanks for the great experience! Excited for the women and wine nights!

First time in and it was so much fun. Not much of a golfer but the staff was very knowledgeable in showing me how to play. The host Heather was also great in giving us info during our first time and helping us close out. Overall great place and service

This is a perfect spot to maintain your swing during the winter months and have fun in the process. Also very beginner friendly, all levels welcome. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable (especially off peak). The discounted parking is also a game changer, allows you to bring your own clubs with relative ease. I'll be coming back a lot!
