Absolutely fantastic experience at Audi Fletcher Jones Chicago. Firstly, Channing Greene was honestly the best sales person I have ever met. Definitely ask for him if you're looking for a car at Fletcher Jones Audi. He was attentive, personable, and didn't put on any kind of pressure. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the smoothest and easiest car purchase. Secondly, everyone I encountered at the dealer was very friendly and the view of the city from the dealer is beautiful. Overall, I have no complaints whatsoever about my experience, it was flawless. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Channing Greene at Fletcher Jones Audi in Chicago. Channing is warm and welcoming and also very knowledgeable. He told us all about the bells and whistles, and patiently showed us how to actually use all those cool features that are equipped in our CPO 2020 Q7 too. I swear I did not know a car could make my life so much easier. For instance, apple car play has been a major game changer. It allows me to play music, answer calls and texts and navigate using my phone! Kudos to the design and engineering team for making such a good looking quality car. In addition, the rest of the service staff we came into contact with were also very genuine and more than accommodating. Lastly, everyone at Fletcher Jones followed very cautious COVID protocols and we always felt extremely safe. We are so happy in our new car, and have Channing and Fletcher Jones Audi to thank. Oh yes, and also we get complimentary car washes for the longevity of our ownership and I think that is a major perk!
Channing is your go-to sales person-- knowledgeable, attentive, personable. You can trust him. And Brandon (sales manager) really helped out to get us a vehicle swap from another dealership.
I am a little late in writing this. I would like to say a big thanks to Alex Kniazuk my service advisor. He really went the distance to get the intermittent problem solved with my car. His dedication to making sure I was satisfied really shows. I truly believed he treated me as if I were one of his own family members. Fletcher Jones is lucky to have him.
