I have only recently started classes for my 2yr old but everyone we’ve encountered so far is so polite and welcoming. The facility is clean and everyone is wearing a mask except the toddlers when they are in the water. They have a small retail section inside to purchase your essentials and the clearance rack is my favorite. Reasonably priced items that save you from going to other stores to purchase what you need.

FOSS canceled winter classes which is understandable, due to COVID.. However, they did not have private lessons available to all families who had pre-paid. When respectfully asked for a refund, they refused to refund money stating \we should have signed up for private lessons while they were available.\ But there were not lessons available for everyone, the logic makes no sense. They should refund families when classes are canceled- it's the respectful and moreover, ethical thing to do.

Staff is wonderful and caring. They have gone above and beyond for me at times with my kids over the last 4 years we've been going there. My kids love to swim! There are times when they haven't wanted to do something in the pool, and the instructors have been so patient and kind to them to give them their time or to get comfortable.

Despite the way of the world & it being our 1st experience...it was GREAT! The staff was friendly, all of the areas were clean, & my son loved his instructor. I hope to sign up for the Fall as well.
