I was told over the phone that there was an 85 service charge for the technician to come out. I understand that. I told the person over the phone that I have a 35 coupon. She said that the technician would apply that when he comes out. The technician comes over and the total for the repair is 227. Based on what was said over the phone, 227 is my total and the 85 is part of that. The technician, however, says that 85 is in addition to the repair. So I can either pay 227 85 and then take away the 35 discount. Or I can pay just 227 if he waives the 85 service fee. If it had been made clear that it was 85 additional on top of the repair, I would say this is a good discount. However, I was led to believe that 85 was part of the total. The 35 is a big deal to a single mom during a pandemic. Every other company that I have had out here only charges the service fee if they are not chosen for the job to cover their expenses coming out, and they always consider it a credit towards the total if they are chosen for the job. I will be using one of those companies next time because the pricing was not upfront. I will say my technician was very nice though.

My 26 year old furnace stopped working sometime overnight. I reached out to Four Seasons around 5am and they got back to me almost immediately. They were able to get a technician out by 745am. I believe he’s Robert. He was very professional and honest in terms of repair work vs replacing the full furnace. We decided to move forward with the furnace replacement. Marcus was at our house before noon to do the install and finished before 3. What a skilled tech! We got a great price too. I’m completely satisfied with every aspect of this job. Thank you all so much. We will definitely use them again in the future, and I’m recommending them to anyone that needs their services.

Rudolph was our furnace technician and was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain everything as he took care of it, but he made sure to order a part he did not have on the truck, have 4Seasons make a same day messenger delivery to our door, but he also called us back with his own cell phone to have us let him know when the part arrives and he’d come back himself to complete the installation and repair! He actually waited on our driveway to meet the delivery driver and complete the perfect repair for us! We have 4 Seasons “no breakdown guarantee” for purchasing a new furnace and A/C years ago and it saved us 1,000 for a part on the furnace that Rudolph found not working properly! We have always used 4 Seasons and are grateful for the peace of mind for their trusted quality!

My central heating unit stopped working when it was -10 outside. I lost 1 day searching, negotiating installation companies, finally found 4 season. As promised they gave a Great deal for a Lenox heating unit, immediate response, same day service, very knowledgeable, courteous & professional staff. Thanks 4 season! Recommend 10/10.

In a near emergency, Four Seasons helped my family during the 2021 deep freeze. They were same-day, on-time and professional. Kyle, our technician, was methodical and informative as he and his assistant undertook quick problem-solving tactics to arrive at an assessment and price for services. Kyle also provided additional information on other observations not directly associated with the problem at hangman. While Four Seasons is a bit pricy (though Kyle helped by recommending discounts), we are glad they were available and responsive when needed, underscored by their better-than-average reputation and warranty. We highly recommend Four Seasons, especially for emergency residential heating/cooling situations. Ask for Kyle; you will be thankful. Update: Kyle said he would facilitate cost info on adding a humidifier system to our home furnace. I understood it would come via email but I see no signs of it. Can anyone help?
