I loved the atmosphere of this spa. I completed a float session. It was my first time floating, and I am more than happy that I chose this location. Their tanks are very spacious, private rooms instead of pods.

This was my first time-floating. I had heard about Freeze and Float from some friends and decided to try it. The staff is super friendly and nice, Karolina is super knowledgeable! The space is gorgeous, clean and modern. I’ve been stressing out at work and wanted to relax. Let me tell you this worked! You get into your private suite, shower, and hop into the tank. You have body wash, shampoo, conditioner and ear plugs. They used Verb products which is amazing! And there’s a beauty room where I was able to get ready. \u003c3 Being in the tank itself is kinda weird at first but you get used it. The ceiling is starlit and so beautiful. The hour passed by so quick! I’m coming back for sure.
I was very excited to try this place out today! First of all this place is very pretty and very clean. My floating experience was super cool and very relaxing!!! Aaand my signature lymphatic treatment was the cherry on the cake!!! Gabby who welcomed me at first and took care of me during the entire time was very professional super nice and very thorough. Lana did my lymphatic massage and she was phenomenal!!! I would go back and definately recommend this spa to everybody. Did I say already that staff, atmosphere and services are absolutely great and that freeze and float spa is such a nice, quiet and clean place to relax!!! Thank you Gabby and Lana , I am definitely coming back (•‿•)
I am a disabled combat veteran, I am in pain 100% of the time. I am lucky enough to have had the opportunity to float, and for about an hour I was able to relax to the point that my pain was secondary. Freeze and Float is the epitome of peaceful, from the sights, the sounds and yes even the smells ! I had the opportunity to meet with the owner Mel who is very professional and believe I have a friend in him. I’ve never left a review, and needed my daughter to get me to this page to share my experience, I truly hope this review helps people that have never Experienced what feels like total weightlessness , floating in outer space or possibly returning to the womb (as I see another lady suggested). I can’t wait to return, possibly try the cryo-freeze next time. THANK YOU MEL !!
Freeze & Float...I did exactly that. I had never done Cryotherapy before, and it was so refreshing and invigorating. In my next visit I tried the floatation therapy. Again, something I never tried, and was always sketchy about the small coffin tanks I saw at other places. Freeze and Float has entire float suites and makes the entire experience super comfortable. The spa is very clean and the staff is very helpful. I will definitely be making this place and their treatments a regular part of my wellness regiment.
