Left a Yelp review but looking to also review on here. I scheduled an appointment here for fingerprints and although it was busy, the teller (Monica)was good at getting customers taken care of as quick as possible. It looked as if she was the only one. Even through the busyness she maintained a calming and inviting attitude. Would recommend. Just have patience on busy days.

Upon entry, this place has a shady vibe. The 4' something blue haired stout latina women behind the bulletproof glass was extremely curt and rude despite there was no one else in line. I went here to verify I-9 for employment and a week later my employer contacts me to say I have yet to complete this task. I went here because it was closet distance to home. So if your on the south side, take my word for it and do yourself a favor. Steer clear of this dump and drive out of your way if you must. I believe this person did not do her job and almost cost me mine!
I had a good experience here. When I walked in I was greeted by Monica. She was very nice, informative, and quick.

Place is dirty slow and unprofessional. Don’t follow COVID guidelines. Terrible customer service. The employee is rude and lacks customer service skills.
Place says it closes at 6pm , but yet it’s 4:20pm on Saturday even after I called and asked and fir wouldn’t even open the door! What kind of business is this???
