shady and poorly run. they withdrew money from the order when they didn't have the item in stock. why list the item on the website. also poor communication which is really no communication in the emails. the employees sound a little out of it. do not use this company. waiting for refund.

They don't stand behind their products. I bought an item that I am having problems with. I'm within 30 days of the purchase. They won't take it back and ship me a replacement. All they are offering to do is put in a manufacturer warranty claim for me. If you buy from them, you're pretty much on your own if something goes wrong.

Incredibly shady business. I canceled an order because item became back ordered. But a month later I've still been charged. Talked to their staff on 4 different occasions, putting me on hold for 20 mins each time, informing me they will take care of the matter. A month has passed and I've still been charged. On top, the Employees are rude and seem rather incompetent. Buyer beware.

Plenty of other websites that offer the same stuff with more reliable and friendlier customer service then these guys. Their websites’ inventory is inaccurate which leads the customer to pay for something that may be backordered for MONTHS. And they don’t plan on fixing it.
