My husband and I walked in and not one person greeted us. We walked around looking at some fish to potentially purchase but still no one acknowledged us. So we left and they lost a nice sale. The fish we were looking at were 150 each so oh well

So disappointed in the way the tanks are kept....also, they had 3 red eared slider turtles...improper lighting. No uvb. Heat lamp was like 6 inches from the turtles head. Their shells are not healthy due to poor lighting. Retained scoots...smh. when I asked they guy about them and pinted out the issues with the lights and health of the turtles shell he shrouded me off...

Best place to find saltwater fish and items. Customer service is great everyone is helpful and informative. I have found some great corals too for a great price

I bought 3 fish a shrimp and sea anemone. Got home did the entire process to introduce them to the tank. Well one fish dies a hour later. I call them to inform them and see about a replacement and I was told no warranty. I went to the store with the fish they checked my water salinity and said it was high thats why he died. But the other 5 fish, plus the 2 new ones , shrimp, 2 corals, and sea anemone are fine. So how is my water bad no he just wasn't a healthy fish and should have gotten a replacement.

This is such a great store, they have everything you could need for your tanks, they're super polite and attentive, and the quality and selection of fish is very nice, so far one of my favorite stores.
