On-site staff are economical with their help and metaphorical with their answers. (They directed us to an elevator that does not work and we had a double stroller.) Poor signage all around that makes for a good exercise on your navigational instincts. Will come back again for the very convenient location and the good Covid relief pricing.

WOW, very reasonable cost to park for several hours to see a Bears' game. Thumbs-up.

All generations of Ford Expedition and Chevy Suburban fit in this garage, unlike most garages in the vicinity that either have the wrong max height rating posted outside, or just simply weren't built during the time huge SUVs came around. However, I'd only zonk this garage for it's inability to properly scan online passes for the past couple years. There's a 50 50 chance of you either spending 10 mins trying to scan the online pass, or you waiting for someone from the office to show up and manually validate your online pass. Therefore, I'd advise you to account for major fudge up when choosing your OUT TIME while purchasing the online pass.

Easy parking and not a bad price for the location, but the most confusing parking garage to get out of. If you're parked near the back of the garage, there's no signs directing towards the \correct\ entrance/exit.
