This place is horrible the people answering the phones are HORRIBLE.WHY IS IT SO HARD TO PAY MY BILL HERE?? I call the phone and they automatically hang up me. I go to the website to pay my bill and it looks like I paid it but just get the window in the attached picture. When my insurance is about to expire a month from the expiration date I get a million calls from this place but to pay a single damn bill I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I will be looking for a different insurance company

I talked to Bart friday my policy is up for renewal I decided to switch to save money that man went above and beyond to get me an amazing rate without asking me to change my coverage or all the normal bs. I highly recommend you guys call ask for bart thats the very best customer service you could ask for. Needless to say I'm staying a happy customer
