A few years ago I spent over 3500.00 in this store. Called today and got Ray on the phone who said \this is the most unintelligent conversation I've had today\ and hung up on me. Problem is he was trying to talk on the phone and to a customer on the floor. Instead of just asking me to call back he was just simply rude. He told me to leave a message and hung up on me. I called back several times just to harrass him. He doesn't have to worry about my unintelligent money any more! Reply to Ray: You're a big fat liar. I did not call back 50 times only 4. 3 of which you hung up on me.

I went to this place in a Sunday purchased some fire glass, it was aprox 15 lbs. the guy quoted me 120 he SEEMED honest. So I paid, went home and realized I needed a bit more to fill the space. I called asked about buying more, the son of the owner found the exact match and quoted me 50. For 10lbs. I said “wow I was really overcharged because I paid much more on Sunday”. He began to say oh well these are 80 for 10 lbs. he was a thief. COMPARE THE PRICE YOU PAY HERE, THEY’LL RIP YOU OFF IF THEY CAN!!!!! I AM UPSET BECAUSE THEY MADE NO EFFORT TO CORRECT THE OVERCHARGE ON SUNDAY, none. If it’s 50! On Thursday of the same week. Why was it 80 on Sunday. Rip offs!!
