Was able to get several watch links removed with out any trouble. I do recommend calling to make sure there is availability. If you are looking for the shop you have to get access to it in the lowest level of the Water Tower Place in between Freshii and the news stand then take the elevator up to the 9th floor. Overall, great experience!

I went to Craig to buy an engagement ring, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! He was so willing to work with me, and he ended up customizing an estate piece to create exactly what I was looking for. The price was very reasonable, and my fiancé loves the ring! I’d recommend to anyone!

I was very impressed by his patience and willingness to teach me things I wouldn't have known otherwise. My fiancé and I had a custom engagement ring made with H. Horowitz Co, it turned out absolutely beautiful! We wanted a lab grown diamond and he was able to find us exactly what we were looking for through his vendors. We then showed him the band we were interested in creating and he helped make it with all the custom specifications we wanted! We ended up saving money and couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

Horrible customer service. I went in to get a watch battery replaced on 10/27. When I picked it up I noticed a scratch on the face. Ruth said that was there before. I didn’t recall noticing it before and thought it was odd but I let it go and left. This morning I brought it back in because the battery wasn’t working. Ruth remembered me and said “it was working when you left”. As if I would’ve done something ? The guy that also works there says he’ll take a look at it and takes it in the back. He comes out with it open to show me it is running and says “this happens with these inexpensive watches where the mechanics don’t hold up”. I’m aware it isn’t an expensive watch. I happen to like my Kate Spade watches and have a few. This is my newest one and the others have had the batteries replaced a few times with no issue. He takes it in the back again to replace the back. He comes back several minutes later and asked if I could come back to pick it up because he can’t get the back on. He again makes a comment about it being an “inexpensive watch”. Last I checked this wasn’t a super high end jewelry store and if they don’t want to deal with certain business they should say so. I just picked it up and what do you know there are now more scratches on the face! They need to learn how to deal with all customers and not just those they feel would come in and drop a lot of money. You never know someone’s story if they would be or customer or refer some to you.
