Awesome gym. I've really enjoyed my time at Hammer Fitness and Boxing, and Johnny does a great job of creating an awesome experience for all members. Definitely recommend.

THIS IS THE GYM! Trying to look for a legitimate boxing gym for a while and after going through many gyms, this is the one. I called to ask about classes and the owner got in contact with me about what I was looking for. Johnny is one of the most down to earth guys and it's a family business with his son helping out. You can do all different levels of boxing and fitness from group classes to personal training to just doing your own thing. Brian led the class I tried out and it brought me back to the days when I used to box in upstate NY. Best boxing gym in the area.

I started taking the boxing group class here at the start of 2018 and I've had nothing but positive experiences since then. Very welcoming to beginners; it can be hard work but you also learn a lot - the facilities are also great. I'd definitely recommend Hammer to anyone who's interested in boxing fitness.

Being a complete beginner, I was a bit nervous, but the instruction was incredible. Not only did I feel at ease, but the way my technique was analyzed and improved was impressive. For example, my uppercut felt weak and the suggestion was to just pretend I was doing a dumbbell curl...and whoa! what a difference that small correction made for me. The whole session is full of improvement tips like this. I'm really getting into it and may have a new fitness hobby.
