This office is clean and seems relatively organized. I saw Dr.Papierski and he was kind and helpful. Luckily, they were able to schedule me to come in the day after a my injury. Unfortunately, at the first appointment I had to wait a long time past my appointment time to be seen. I scheduled for a follow up a couple weeks later and had confirmed my appointment time. I also wrote down my appointment time and was called the day before to confirm the time, and despite coming on time for my appointment, the day of, after waiting for almost an hour, I was told I was scheduled for an hour later than what had been confirmed previously. I am not sure if the appointment was moved or improperly scheduled to begin with, but it was not in accordance with when I had confirmed for. After an hour of waiting, I was told this. At that point I had to cancel the appointment and leave due to having work. The office seems relatively organized but there did not seem to be any notes as to what occurred. I liked Dr.Papierski and had a decent experience the first time but will likely not be returning due to accumulated time lost over these two appointments.

My daughter and I both were injured over the summer and needed surgery. We saw Dr. Patel and he was very professional, kind and detailed about our injuries and the surgery that we both needed. He takes his time with you in the room and answers all of your questions without feeling rushed. Very pleased with his treatment.

Overall, as a provider, Dr. Papierski is great. He's very knowledgeable. He nursed my injured hand back to well health (almost there) following a lawnmower incident at my home over 2 months ago. He's very professional with timing and has been quick and efficient with every procedure I've had at his office from suture removal to a surgical procedure to surgical pins removal. My only gripe with this office is with his professional staff (medical staff has been pleasant and helpful). However, his professional staff is another story. Schedulers have scheduled me prematurely for visits that I now view as a \waste\ as I have to pay more for those visits (the reason for my previous review) and the biller is hard to get in contact with to resolve billing issues. If you can deal with his whack professional staff, Dr. Papierski is a great doc!
