I see Hedy more as a coach who provides straight forward feedback. My husband and I were looking into couples therapy after having started a family. I found that raising a kid with him made me want to drown him in the diaper pail. I knew that I didn't want to go to what I think of as traditional therapy, where a professional listens to my problems without much response. I wanted quick results, even if it meant having to look into the mirror and facing myself. Hedy is at the Masters level in the RLT coaching method. We're about five or six sessions in. I have love and relatedness with my husband, again. Furthermore, I see the positive changes in myself have positively affected the relationships with others in my life. It took some work on my part, reading the recommended books, watching the videos and doing the writing exercises. I totally recommend Hedy if you like this type of coaching and want quick results.

I can’t recommend Hedy enough. She is honest, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I did 8 sessions with her. Our relationship going into session 1 versus after 8 sessions is like night and day. Hedy helped us grow so much. We always thought of therapy as a “last resort” kind of thing but it ended up being our saving grace.
